Ways on how to prepare for air purifier

Q1:Why the indicator light of LED display not show?

A1:Please check whether the power supply connected well.

Q2:Why the filter indicator light keeps flashing?

A2:The using time for filter has been reaching to its limit,please replace for new filters directly.

Q3:Why the running noise becomes louder?

A3:Excessive accumulation of dust filter.Clean or replace the filter with a vacuum cleaner.

Q4:Why the machine not working while the ring tone are on?

A4:Check if the panel had been installed well or not.

Q5:Why the PM2.5 keeps rising indoor?

A5:Check if the windows&doors are well closed and pollution resources exist indoor, if yes,clean it.

Q6:Why the wind turns less after a time’s usage?

A6:It’s related with the using environment,for a long time using in high density spaces,the filters are easier to accumulate dusts.Clean or replace filters.

Q7:Can the filters be cleaned?

A7:It can be cleaned for the elementary filter,it’s suggested to clean elementary filter and HEPA filter with vacuum.For activated carbon filter,we suggest to bath it in the sun regularly.

Q8:How long can the filters be used?

A8:In normal,it can be used for 6~12months,but using long time in high-concentration polluted environment,you’ll need to replace them for every 3 months.
